Fireflies campus has been designed from ground up to be environment friendly and low carbon footprint. Tastefully built, our eco-friendly structures are a work of art in themselves. We have facilities that can host large corporate teams, with conference facilities that can hold large or smaller teams. We also have cozy in-the-woods meeting places for small groups tucked away around the campus for informal discussions and brainstorming, or for an intimate family get together.
Our grounds have been landscaped to retain the natural look of the woods, with many wildflower species incorporated. We have also created aesthetic elements that serve as serene spots to reflect or have an intimate chat.
Event Spaces
We have both indoor and outdoor event spaces that can be customized to suit your needs for functionality, capacity, and to evoke the mood or ambience you would like. We can facilitate the space for both corporate and family events.
Nature inspired traditional wedding canopy – Our amphitheater has a large and beautiful Pipal Tree as the focal point, and provides a natural canopy over the surroundings. We can ofcourse add a traditional canopy to meet your ritual needs!
Our amphitheater can easily accommodate 2000 people for informal gatherings. For a more distanced and formal seating, we can accommodate 500 people very comfortably.
We have other outdoor spaces that are available for smaller and more personalized and cozy gatherings that can be decorated to suit.
Both gatherings, as well as dining, can be facilitated outdoors in good weather, under natural or setup canopies.
The campus has a large indoor, but open, conference hall that can be setup for formal occasions like weddings.
Our large conference hall, open to nature on all sides, can seat 400 people in theatre styled seating. We can accommodate 150 people in a more formal round-table based seating, as illustrated above. We can accommodate a stage on one end of the hall with the seating arrangements as described above. The conference hall has fans and lighting as well as plenty of electrical outlets on the periphery for additional needs.
Our other large conference hall can hold 80 people in theatre seating, 60 people in circular seating and 40 people on cushions on the floor for meditation.
Our buildings are eco-friendly and incorporate traditional design elements drawn from South India.
Our Dining Spaces
We have two covered dining spaces along with adjacent open spaces that can also be used for dining in good weather. We can accommodatea total of 75 people in covered areas. We can extend dining to an additional 25 people by using the open dining spaces as well. For large groups we can accommodate an additional 100 people under canopies.
Our Room Facilities
We have three types of facilities for overnight stays. Double and Triple occupancy, and two dormitories that can accommodate 10 people each. All facilities have attached bathrooms. Our facilities can accommodate a total of 110 people for overnight stays.
Ours is a green campus with densely wooded grounds. We do not need air conditioning to stay cool!
