If by a Guru we mean a particular human being there is no such person at Fireflies. Yet, the ashram has a guru. The Earth is the Guru at Fireflies. The Earth is seen as sacred energy, part of the larger cosmos, from which all life has emerged. At Fireflies we believe that by experiencing Earth Spirituality, we can each discover the inner voice within ourselves.
Siddhartha, the founder of the ashram, is seen as a teacher, an acharya. He is also a poet and intuitive thinker.
